Sakshi Mandhyan

Co-Founder & Head Of Comms

Coming from the historic city of Prayagraj, where she studied at a Catholic school. Sakshi Mandhyan is an Award-winning Happiness Coach, Psychologist, TedX & Keynote Speaker. She is also the founder of Mandhyan Care, a Positive Mental Health initiative. She comes with over 10 years of quality experience, and is associated with various Fortune 500 companies and non-corporate institutions. She helps Organisations with Mental Well-being Blueprints and developing a Positive Workplace Culture.Sakshi has recently been awarded by World HRD Congress as ‘One of the 51 Most Fabulous Global Happiness Leaders’

Digant Kar

Founder & Director

With over 8 years of experience, Digant founded Anno Domini Films to continue his journey in film-making. After dropping out of engineering in the final year, he became a full-time choreographer and a dance teacher with The Danceworx Studio. His first choreography experience on a film set ignited the idea of becoming a choreographer in Bollywood. While pursuing this goal, he decided to explore other aspects of film-making. He worked as an assistant director on short films and content shoots. And that’s how his journey began.

Since then, he has worked in various aspects of film-making meeting end-to-end production needs. In his role as a director, producer and creative producer, he has worked with a variety of clients like Microsoft, SONY, BMW, GQ, Vogue. Other than creating value for brands, he has also written and directed short films.

Adrija Gupta

Executive Producer

Executive Producer: Adrija, founder of The DAW Effect is a seasoned Music Director and Executive Producer with over a decade of experience, known for her ability to elevate audio-visual storytelling. Her career, which spans from Mumbai to Hollywood, reflects a deep commitment to global storytelling. She built a strong foundation at Trinity College of Music, London, and has since made significant contributions to both Bollywood and international projects

delivered high-quality content for a diverse range of clients, from major brands to independent filmmakers.

Her work is widely recognised on OTT platforms like Amazon and Netflix, as well as traditional broadcast channels, showcasing her versatility across various media landscapes.

Adrija excels in guiding teams with a balance of creative vision and practical considerations, crafting impactful soundscapes while ensuring projects are executed effectively. 

Adrija’s leadership is synonymous with creativity and innovation.

Kamlaxi Gupta

Producer

Kamlaxi Gupta is a seasoned professional with 8 years of experience in the fashion industry, where she has collaborated with prestigious platforms like Milan Fashion Week and the Fashion Design Council of India. With an additional 8 years in advertising, she brings a wealth of creative and production expertise. Educated in Milan, Kamlaxi is known for her strong personality and exceptional communication skills, making her a standout in her field.

Ravie Sharma

Line Producer

Drawing from over 15 years of extensive experience in ad film production, Ravie has previously led production efforts at Show & Tell Films and Streamline Films in Mumbai. They have worked in various capacities, including as line producer, post producer, and producer for numerous brands.

He has developed a wide range of film content, including TVCs, for prominent brands such as Coca-Cola, Hyundai, TVS Motors, Volkswagen, Nivea, Mahindra, Jaquar, Century Plywood, Colorbar, Vivo, Hero Honda, Ajio, Pearson, DS Group, Casio, Philips, PC Chandra Jewellers, India Mart, Usha International, Western Union, Signature Blankets, and more. Their work spans multiple genres and has involved collaboration with esteemed agencies like Ogilvy, McCann, JWT, Cheil, Innocean Worldwide, BITM, Dentsu, DDB Mudra, and L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, among others.
